What are the quantifiable outcomes?
Now you have:
- The business question defined as outcomes (increased take up, channel shift etc)
- The outcomes expressed in figures (numbers or percentages accessing services, savings from channel shift per person, savings if they take up preventative services and don’t take up more costly services, extra revenue from take up etc.)
- The definition and numbers of the group you are targeting
You can now express the desired or target outcomes in terms of numbers which can be measured.
