Norfolk County Council presented a model and methodology for customer profiling on the WP5 workshop in Norwich this week. The partners of Edinburgh Napier University, Norfolk County Council, Porism and Leiedal discussed this method, and tested the feasibility with a case from Leiedal about child care services.

Support was given by dr Neil Mackin from Caci limited, a company experienced in profiling.

The feedback on the model presented on the workshop will lead to a new text on customer profiling, that will be presented in the WP5 session on the Steering Committee in Bremerhaven.

A customer profiling manual based on the model will be developed in 2010, and partners are invited to test it out. These test cases will - together with external cases -  be used as examples in the final manual that will be ready end of 2010.
