The Norwegian Minister of Government Administration and Reform visited Kristiansand on the 1st of March. The visit had the intention to get first hand information from the municipality on what was in focus, what is the status and what can the department help to develop.

The Municipality of Kristiansand presented this to the visitors:
- presentation of the modernisation of Kristiansand and Smart cities part of this. By ICT-manager Arild Sandnes
- web-services and the use of digital information collection by digital forms, integration with the archive and other systems for communication. Use of autentication and MyPage solutions developed by the government in the Norge.no project. By Manager of the communication group Rita Hansen
- A demo of a fully automated application process, with messages, archive and service system integration. By ICT-development consultant Ruben Torp.
