Smart Cities partners create EU service list

The Smart Cities partners are together in Osterholz-Scharmbeck to discuss the creation of a EU product service list and to exchange experience on contact centres. An evaluation framework presented by Edinburgh Napier University will keep track of the outcome and the value of the Smart Cities work.

The partners meet 7 and 8 september in Osterholz-Scharmbeck. They were welcomed by Mr. Fanelli-Falcke, who wished the Smart Cities project a fruitful discussion. In a presentation on the city, the ambitions to become a smart city was presented.
