Customer benefits:
Time consuming commuting and application time is being saved. The customer is flexible to use the offered services around the clock and doesn’t have to stick to administration’s office hours.
Performance benefits:
The flow of applications is more regular since office hours are not an issue. Time otherwise spent by the administration personnel tending to customers can now be utilized working on the tasks at hand.
Employee benefits:
More effective working time, more work per unit time done.
Financial benefits:
Potential improvement of processes results in less overtime and therefore less financial burden.
Project benefits:
eGovernment processes are being initiated and evaluated. This shines a light on the acceptance of these kinds of services in the public and the benefits they introduce for citizens and administration.
